Dr. Kenneth De Zilwa,

During his tenure at Citibank N.A. and HSBC, he was responsible for managing all functions across many verticals. His contribution as a Treasury Specialist provides a strong platform in the areas of Risk management tools and products, money markets, debt markets and domestic and international financial markets.

He holds an MA in Economics for Development from Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Netherlands, a MA in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Economics from the University of Colombo. He also has PhD in business cycles from the University of Colombo.  He has also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics from the same prestigious university. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Bank Management and Finance from the Institute of Bankers, Sri Lanka.

Mr. Indrajith Aponso

He is currently on the Advisory Board of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka.

Highly qualified in Economics, Physical Sciences and Management, with a BSc in Physical Sciences and an MA in Economics from the University of Colombo, and an MPhil in Financial Economics from the University of Hong Kong, he hails from a multidisciplinary background. Always featured in various media programs with strong opinions backed with facts and data, Mr. Indrajith Aponso provides macroeconomic analyses and forecasts, strategic political economy analyses covering both local and global perspectives and government policy.

Ms. Jessica Heath

A chef who drew on the culinary expertise of her Sri Lankan mother & grandmother, where she learned the complex techniques on how to prepare Sri Lankan cuisine along with many other cuisines to a very high standard. Following the experience of being mentored by the women in her family, she then held managerial positions for both a leading hospitality group, and luxury high end conglomerate which gave her the knowledge and pride in delighting clients with exemplary service and culinary experiences. She is well versed in preparing cuisine with an ethnic & global flair yet with a firm nod to her Sri Lankan heritage. This knowledge gave her the chance to write an award-winning cookbook Ceylove, while also bringing her very own Pop-Up dining experiences to Los Angeles, Washington DC, New York, Paris, Sri Lanka and London.
