Enrolment Procedure

Access to the courses is open to all applicants subject to payment of fees and the extent to which the course outcomes and pre-requisites match the needs of the student.


Students can access information regarding the ASB on the website including advice on how to obtain information on the college, fees structure, refund policy, and enrolment procedures.


Student must download and complete the Application form and collect other documents relevant to the application.


The Student Counsellor will review student’s enrolment documents and if entry requirements are met, a letter of offer and an/or enrolment agreement will be issued by ASB or the partnered College/University depending on the selected course.


Student must then accept the enrolment conditions by signing an enrolment agreement and sending a copy to the Student Counsellor.


On receipt of Course fee deposit and Enrolment fee the student’s information will be entered into our internal system as well as the system of the partnered University/College.


An electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCoE) will be created and emailed across to the student and the student will be issued a unique identification number.


If the student wishes to follow the course directly with our partner university, the student will have to organize health insurance and begin the VISA Application Process at Australian Embassy in country of departure.
